Re: headaches

  • yes! Tension headaches. I have had one since Monday night. It will not go away. I usually try and drink a lot of water or tylenol. Nothing really helps. Sad

  • I get 1 migraine every month as soon as AF leaves.  It sucks.  Tylenol but it doesn't really help.  I drink coffee...I think the caffeine helps a little and cold compresses.  Putting a icy cold water bottle under my neck at the base of my head and lying back on it helps some also.

  • I get both tension headaches and migraines pretty frequently. Caffeine helps for me. Ibuprofen does too for the tension headaches though since TTC I've tried staying away from it. Hot baths help some. I also have rice packs (fabric I've sewn into squares with uncooked rice in it) that I microwave and put on my neck. Also, massages help greatly especially if you can get in quick. Sometimes I use ice on the top of my head or forehead along with the heat on my neck. Good luck.
