what does this rash sound like to you?

the other day, ds had a very red, a little textured rash that bled a little when i wiped him. things that were new:

zucchini

cj's butter (sea spice)

he's also teething and i know drool can do that too.

and i used a bunch of disposable wipes out and about.

 

i thought if it were the cj's butter, i would know by trying it again. if it got better, it wasn't (which was the case-it did get better).

the bleeding part is what bothers me. it's almost all gone and didn't faze ds in the least, but still. he never gets that kind of rash. 

any thoughts?
