Looking for help/advice....

Hello Ladies-

I was looking for some advice.  I am not currently preg, but my DH and I have been trying since we got married in November.  I know it hasnt been that long but I have some medical issues.  4 years ago my Dr found a cyst on my ovary(not cancer) that had taken it over and so they removed the ovary and the tube. So i currently have only one.  I was looking for some advice from anyone who has concieved with only one ovary and if they have and advice? Did you have any other issues.  I was also born with only one kidney so not sure how that will factor in.  I have an appt with my dr in a few weeks for my annual and plan on talking to her about what she thinks we should do.

I didn't have any advice or anything but I just wanted to tell you that I've been on these boards for years.  I've seen several ladies here who have lost a tube (mostly due to ectopic pg) and they have gone on to have healthy pg/babies. 

I would say if you haven't already, find yourself a MFM specialist in addition to your OB that can offer you some help.
