Did/Is anyone doing it throughout their pregnancy? I went today, and really paid attention to how much ab work there is (I've been doing it for well over 6 months). Is it to much strain do you think??

My doctor said I can do everything normally until 20 weeks (for mat pilates). After that, I will just modify or start going to a prenatal pilates class.
I have stopped doing a move called the swam though. (This is in my advanced classes.) It involves rocking on your stomach which I do not feel comfortable at this point.
