I've been meaning to ask what books or methods are out there for beginning to create a routine or encouraging sleeping through the night. I never considered either.
We just started the Baby Whisperer EASY method. It may be coincidental, but since beginning it, DS gets in a 4-4.5 hour sleep stretch a night now (he used to go no more than 2.5 hrs)!
We did Baby Wise because a couple who also had twins said it "saved their lives" and our twins have been STTN since they were 6 weeks old. Now they sleep lioke 11 hrs. It's worth a read GL

At 6 weeks I started the baby whisperer's EASY method with DD1. She was on a great schedule early on and was sttn 8-10hrs by 2mos. Maybe a coincidence, but I plan on doing the same with DS this time around!

I used EASY routine from Baby Whisperer book. DD was STTN at 5 weeks.
What a dream! I count my blessings when there's a three hour stretch! I see lots of books from the Baby Whisperer. Which one describes EASY? Or is it something you found online?
