Edward or Central DuPage

I'm looking for reviews for Edward Hospital and Central DuPage Hospital.  At this point, I can choose either one so I'd like to hear the good and bad about both.  Thanks!

    I delivered at Central DuPage and I loved it.  My sister also delivered there and had a great experience as well.  My nurses were absolutely wonderful during my stay and I felt very safe in their care.

    I am going with Central Dupage.  My good friend delivered there and was pleased with the process.   I also like the fact that Children's Memorial is affliated with CDH (not that anything bad is going to happen but it's nice to know the specialists are there!)  My OB-GYN delivers there and the location is convenient for me.

    I was looking into Edward also.  I know a few people who delivered there and they were also pleased.  I used to work at Edward and it is a good hospital. 

    I don't think that either choice is a bad one!

    I delivered at CDH too 4 years ago before they were done with their updated Mother-Baby Unit and I hear its very nice.  I had a good experience there.

    Both are great hospitals.  Both my girls were delivered at CDH since they opened their new women & children's center in early 2005.  I plan on delivering my 3rd there this winter.  The amenities are great - the care was superior, and even my docs who go to both say it's pretty hard to be the environment of CDH - it's pretty upscale.

    CDH  Can''t   beat it!!   awesome level 3 neonatal unit   if there is a chance you need it.  Now that they just rebuilt the whole mother child wings  the rooms are big and private

    My vote is for Edward. My baby is just 2 months old and I can't say enough great things about the Dr's, staff, etc.

    I'm a little late, but I am going to say CDH.  They are a level 3 neonatle and they now work w/Children's Memorial.  I delivered my DS and my youngest DD there, I delivered my middle at a different hospital and you can definatley tell the difference.  GL.
