First U/S scheduled!

I can't believe how excited I am that my first ultrasound is scheduled.

My OB can't see my until October 1, but we were working with a fertility specialist and he is the one that checked my progesterone and stuff last week. He offered to do an early U/S too, so I am doing that with him. He's out of plan, so I can't keep going to him, but I'm really happy to get things checked out early on. That will ease a lot of concerns. I should be 7 or 8 weeks along at that time.

I go in on September 4, 2 PM PST. I'll let you know how that goes.

I'm glad you're getting to go in before Oct 1. I had an u/s around wk 7 too, and we really couldn't see anything concrete (I think there was a fetal pole but honestly can't really remember what was there), but it was still reassuring to hear that everything was looking good.

hmm, at 7 weeks I "believe" you could be able to see the heart beating.  Don't quote me on that, but at both my 7 week appointments we were able to "see" the heartbeating.
