Ok, I'm finally ready to email RE a bunch of questions I want to go over during our WTF.
I got some great suggestions from the other posts I've seen but wanted to make sure I'm covering everything.
Thanks
I want the following testing done
Karyotyping
Immune Testing (I've done intralipids last 2 cycles (FET & IVF), so if testing doesn't show any issues, should we remove it from protocol?)
otherI'm going to meet with a hematologist that works with IVF patients and clotting issues, going to see if protrombin (sp) is cause of m/c and if it is, what dose of lovenox should I be on and when in my cycle should we start it
Does he think m/c are from gene mutation?
Do I need a repeat hysteroscopy?
Are my perfect expanded blasts just genetically not viable? Should we consider CGH testing?
Should we do FET with last 2 frosties or another fresh cycle? Why?
Has he spoken to other RE's about my issues and do they have any insight (Dr. Sher and Dr. Braverman specifically)?
Would it be helpful to get a 2nd opinion from CCRM? (we can set up phone consult and it's free
any other testing he thinks might help that I haven't mentio
Re: Yet another post asking for WTF appt questions (paif/saifw)
Have you performed RPL tests?
TSH levels? I hear even high-normal levels can be bad. What about SCSA for DH?
I have done RPl and clotting disorder testing
I will ask about TSH levels and we're using DS (he's a proven donor) but want to ask if I should try another donor.
thanks cutie

It's been a long journey. TTC since 9/06. multiple IUI's and IVF's and 4 m/c's. IVF#3 = BFP, twins, induced at 34w6d due to baby b passing away (no explanation). Delivered on 35w1d, Baby A - baby girl, and Baby B - baby boy, our little angel.

Those look like great questions. I wouldn't know what else to add. It is an interesting thought about getting a new donor.
TTC since 2007
6 IUIs, 3 IVFs, and 2 m/c :< PCOS, Blood Clotting Disorder & MFI
IVF #2 Aug 2011 is a BFN:<
IVF #3 March 2012 is a BFN
Not sure what to do now. Sad and lost.
OK - this may be random...but regarding your donor....could you have a DQ-Alpha match w/ him?
Other than that -- everything else looks great. Best of luck at your WTF
?
DX: PCO, ENDO, High NK, MTHFR
8/10 = Lap to remove Endo
2 Femara TI, 3 Follistim IUI = BFN & 1 c/p
IVF #1 - BFP - boy/girl Twins!
Ben and Reese born at 34w2d!
I can't think of anything else.
Does SIRM do CGH though or PGD? I heard that in NY state there are strict laws governing chromosome testing and there's red tape preventing the testing of all 23 chromosomes.
TTC in 2008. Stage II/III endo, Hashimotos hypothyroid, low morph (3%).
2 cycles Clomid/Ovidrel/TI/Crinone=BFN.
IUI #1 - 4 Follistim/Ovidrel/IUI/Crinone = BFN.
IVF #1 - Antagonist w/ ICSI 4/10. 17 retrieved, 5DT of 2, BFN

FET - 2 blasts, 1 survived the thaw. Transfer 2/19. Beta #1 3/1 375, Beta #2 3/3 885, Beta #3 3/8 4261, Beta #4 3/11 9005. U/S 3/8 1 sac 1 yolk, U/S 3/16 1 heartbeat 114bpm!
James born Oct. 24th 2011 via c-section at 38 weeks!
Surprise BFP - Jack born April 28, 2013 via VBAC after PTL at 33 1/2 weeks!
That seems like a good list of questions worms! I may borrow one or two for my WTF!
Good luck at your appointment. I hope you come out with some good information and a great plan to move forward.
they do CGH
they have clinics all over US so they send the embryos to another state for testing, I want to say NJ, I think they use same lab as CCRM

I am so frustrated for you! When I was seeing the hematologist he told me they dont do any testing to make sure your on the right dose of Lovenox. Your either on a preventative dose of 40 a day or a treatment dose, mine I believe was 90 2X a day when I was stimming and on estrogen patches.
However, when I saw the MFM one of the first things they did was do BW to see if I was on the right dose of Lovenox. They put me on 40 2X a day.
Im impatient for you. If you could do a FET sooner then you could do a fresh cycle I personally would do that.
I 2nd the RPL testing Maybe it is the donor....it's so hard becasue the clinics expect you to do all the work and they won't even comment on the donor. What if you miss something? I will always wonder if I did something wrong in picking our donor.
Good luck, Worms. I really hope you get some info. that will help you and more than the "wrong side of the odds" answer. I hate that.
When I had the chemical pregnancy, my RE did chromosomal testing on DH and me.
He also tested my vitamin D. Some studies show that very low vitamin D can cause miscarriages. Turns out mine was extremely low. I was put on a once-a-week prescription of it, and now it is back to a normal range. Just something else to think about I guess.?
Sending you lots of hugs!?
IVF#1: start stims 1/26; ER 2/8; ET 2/13= BFN; FET#1: May 2010= m/c *NEW CLINIC Jan 2011* IVF#2: start stims 1/12; ER 1/22; ET 1/27= BFN; IVF#3: TBD
