Prenatal Yoga or Pilates

Hi! I am looking for a prenatal exercise class in the city, preferably on the east side. Does anyone know of anything good?

There's a pilates studio on fifth between 41 and 42 I think - pilates on fifth.

New York Yoga has good prentatal classes. Its on the upper east side. GL

they have a pre/post natal exercise and nutrition class.

they teach you great exercises to do when pregnant!
