       Hi! Congratulations!  I would love to meet up with you for a walk or something.  I've been trying to get myself to the gym lately- any intrest in going in?  I work out at LA Fitness in Encinitas.  If not a walk sounds good to me.  How is your little one doing?  Both little ones actually : )
