Oh my goodness, I just noticed your ticker. Are you seriously 39 weeks and 3 days pregnant?! Wow, time flies, huh? Do you feel ready? How are you feeling? Hopefully you're able to get some rest before your next LO arrives!

I know!!!!!  Part of me feels like these 9 months have flown and part of me feels like I've been pregnant for freaking ever!  I was a panicked mess before Christmas that she would come early, but I've mellowed out.  I feel ok....the end is definitely harder this time around.  I've been having sporadic contractions, some are rather painful, but nothing regular.  I'm 50-60% effaced but not dilated.  Work is getting difficult....I had a contraction the other day while trying to help a patient walk!  So depending on how my appt goes Tues I may just tell work I'm finished as of my due date whether she's here or not.  Caleb is so stinking excited.  He asks every day if she's big enough to come out yet and he loves to lay his head on my belly.  Whenever I need to do a kick count I have him him come over because she always gets moving when she hears his voice.  :-)  I'm definitely ready!!!!!..........I think.

Sounds like it could happen any day now! I'm glad things are going well, and that you feel ready (or as ready as you can feel!). I'll be interested to see what happens Tuesday, if you make it that far! Whenever I see a ticker past 37.5 weeks, I get excited, because I unexpectedly went into labor at 37 weeks 2 days, and I can't imagine getting past that point (I'm sure when we decide to have another one, he or she will hang out past my due date, just to throw me for a loop)! I planned to work until my due date, and I started a new job 3 days before I went into labor. Talk about a crazy situation! Good luck with everything, whenever she decides she's ready to come out!
