call your local police or fire station and see if they do it

if not, AAA does it at some places as well

I went to my local AAA.  You have to make an appointment with the guy in the area.  It was done at the one on Canton Center in Canton.

I put mines in and they still were kind of wobbly.  I just got it checked the other day at babies r us.  they were having a free car seat check.  now both of my seats are in way tight and leveled.  they're having another one on september 27th.
