Frustrated!

I am so nervous and frustrated.  My due date is tomorrow and I haven't had ANY BH or contractions.  Just some measly cramping here and there.  I had an ultrasound on the 30th of December (my birthday) and the baby already weighed aprox. 9 pounds.  Her head and chest were measuring 15 inches.  I have a huge baby in me!  Is there anything I could tell the doctor that would convince them to induce me this week?

I've walked, ate spicy food...nothing is working!

Many people swear by having sex.  You could try that.

I'm right there with you! I'm so ready and nothings going on! I have even convinced DH, he's a little freaked out by it, to have sex every other day for the last week or so and still nothing! I'm walking 3 miles a day and doing squats too!

PP...you are walking 3 miles a day???  Wow...I am so impressed.  I can barely walk across the room.

Don't worry, ladies...you're almost there.  I know that doesn't help the situation too much.  Hopefully things get moving soon.

It's funny, the last few posts on the board seem to be about frustration and irritation.  I think we are all just "over it" and ready to have our LO's here.

I didn't have any BH either.  At 37 weeks, 6 days I went to the mall to finish my Christmas shopping.  7 hours later, I went home and was exhausted.  I woke up the next morning to find that my water had broken.  I still didn't have any contractions, but they gave me pitocin, and I delivered my son a few hours later.  He was 7 lbs, 6 ounces, and very alert!

Did you talk to your doctor about when they would induce?? Could be only a matter of days at the most so hang in there!!
