I have Shrek's hands!!!!

what do I have to do to get rid of the swelling in my hands and fingers?

 feet is under control... got a foot massager and putting the feet up gets the swelling down but my fingers are swollen up and feels like I have Shrek's hands... can't even grip anything... it hurts to even wash my face... only thing that doesn't hurt is typing... holding the mouse even hurts after a minute...

I have the same thing.  I think the only cure is having a baby.  the last few nights I've fallen asleep with an ice pack wrapped around my hands.  It helps until the thing melts.

According to my mom, no cold drinks, and have ginger tea.

Oh no! I would just call your dr and let them know. They might want to check you blood pressure and may sure it is not too high.. Other then that, you can try elevating your arms... It sucks but the end gets harder, & you are so close and before you know it, you be giving your little one lots of kisses!
