Re: Arrggg ~ Waiting to MOVE

  • I 100% feel your pain!  I work in property management so we were living for free when we got pregnant, however it was a tiny apartment that hardley fit us, let alone a baby.  We bought a house and moved TWO WEEKS before my DS was born.  Although I will admit that the best part of moving at that point was that I didn't have to do a thing, however it really bothers me that my DS never had his room 'ready' for him with new paint, cute decorations ect.  We are finally making up for it now as we are giving him a new room and then will be starting our our new nursey for the baby in the next few weeks.

  • I feel your pain.... just be glad you are renting and have the option to move when your lease is up! We are stuck in our tiny condo that's been on the market for 7 months now. It is really frustrating, I agree!

  • We are kind of in the same situation we are in a tiny two bedroom that we really don't fit in that well now! We want to buy a house but are not to comited to living where we are right now (longish story). Its so hard not having any set plan, right now we are starting to look at houses to rent but I just want a place of our own!

  • I feel you!  My husband is pending a hopeful job offer that *sounds* really promising... We are having to move across the country and live with his parents for a few months while his grandfather who is a real estate guru helps us find a house... Talk about frustrating, we have two dogs that can't live with us because his mom is seriously allergic and they will have to stay with my brother and sister in laws who are also pregnant with their first and have two dogs of their own!  I am afraid we won't find a house before baby comes and if we do find one I am scared as to how my dogs (now well behaved) will act when we get them back!  Arg!  I hope your search goes well!
