Is it acceptable for me to go to bed at 8pm?

Oisin has been sleeping since 6.  We didn't want him to go to sleep this early and I tried to wake him up, but he's got dark circle under his eyes that are breaking my heart, so I didn't try too hard.  DH is in bed now with the horrible cold that I caught over Christmas.  He is miserable.  I am going to take a bath for the roid that won't die.  I feel hungover.  Queasy, exhauted and just got rid of a pounding headache.  Talk about bullshit. 

I am allowed to go to bed early tonight right?  Right?

    For realz. I'm contemplating an early bedtime myself, and all I had to deal with was a cranky toddler today.

    I sometimes go to bed at 8 even without all those things you listed.  You'll probably sleep all the way through until normal wake up time no matter what so I say go for it.

    Please do, and enjoy every second since your DS will probably be up early and your hubby with a cold will be no help to you.
