I'm looking for a bakery that can make an Elmo cake for DD's birthday celebration next weekend. Just a small celebration with family only so probably no more than 10 people. Anyone have any suggestions? I saw that Servati's has one but it isn't exactly what I had in mind. I'm going to contact Busken as well.
Thanks!
Re: Bakery for Elmo cake?
I've seen a few in the cake catalogs at Kroger and a couple ice cream stores (this probably would have been at Cold Stone, Baskin Robins and I don't know if Graeter's has a cake catalog in their store but I know they can do character cakes).
Also, we have just been doing plain cupcakes from Servatti's and then putting them on a cake stand and making the cupcakes and the table festive looking. Example- Ava's plain cupcakes turned princess cupcakes with a pink feather boa and some cupcake toppers:
I really don't care for Servatti's cake designs, but I much prefer the taste of their cake to the grocery store cakes. I think they charge around $4 and some change per half dozen cupcakes. You could easily dress them and the table up with some Elmo party supplies, either from a party store or Etsy if you have time.
Oh, and your siggy made me smile- particularly the top right pic of Lillian making noise! She certainly looks joyful! You all are too cute!
