anyone remember what hb/min goes with boys vs girls?

I have to google it, and I know it really doesn't mean much, just curious.  I remember a faster hb usually indicates a girly and a slower indicates a boy... or so I thought...

I can't remember what they say but DD was always around 140bpm she never went over 160bpm. My friend had a boy and his was low also, so I'm not sure.

I was at 156 on Wed and I am having a girl. HTH

this might be a dumb question, but how do you know you are having a girl if you are only 8 weeks pregnant?

Because I had done IVF with genetic testing before transfer back to me.  The nurse slipped and told me after our BFP.

This exactly.  Our DS had a heart rate right around 155 the whole pregnancy

Ours was wrong as well. LO rocked out to 167 beats per minute all the time and he was definitely a boy

Heart rate goes up when the baby is active...so unless one gender acts half dead the whole time then this would be a true way of guessing.

It was wrong both times for me. My DS was always over 140, my DD has always been under 140.

they say fast is girl, slow is boy. Both of my boys had/have fast heart rates
