Any tempurpedic pillow users?

I use one because it helps with my headaches and neck aches as regular pillows make me achy. My question is how would I use my Congolese pillow with a pregnancy pillow? I am thinking it will make my neck raised to high and cause problems. I guess I should use a body pillow for just my arms and legs?

I just use a body pillow... or two (one for my back one for the front)

I had a back n belly pillow when I was pg with K. I used it last pg too, but I was getting more headaches again. I don't know if I'll try it again this time or just use pillows. 

K and I were in a car accident when she was 15 months, so a lot of my headaches/neck pain were exacerbated by it. I've been seeing a chiro since, and I now have a water pillow ordered by him, and it's helped a ton. I may give the back n belly a couple night trial, but I'm guessing I'll need the support of my water pillow.
