drinking and BF

thought about having a drink tonight.  how much will i have to pump and dump to make sure DS doesn't get any of it?

    Kellymom.com has guidelines.  I think it said if you're okay to drive, you're okay to BF.

    If you're not tipsy you can bf.  Pump and dump is only if you're tipsy or more and you're too engorged to be comfy.

    I will have a drink or 2 over the course of an evening and breastfeed. I would not if I was feeling tipsy at all or if I wouldn't be comfortable driving.

    Does your baby wake up during the night to BF?  If he doesn't, you are okay to drink and not pump and dump.  It would be out of your system by morning.
