I delivered on November 30th and I've already lost all of my pregnancy weight (I only gained 15 lbs anyway). The doctor said that I will probably lose 10 more lbs, which is fine with me...
But, when can I start going to the gym to get rid of my flabby gut and thighs? I haven't been able to find any conclusive evidence on this one way or the other and I feel like such a slob sitting around the house constantly, just cleaning the house, feeding, and changing my son.
Does anyone have any information or advice?

I tried doing the 30 Day Shred around 8 weeks pp and it was too much too soon. It messed with my milk supply and I actually felt more drained, not energized. I think around 10-12 weeks I started doing regular exercise, though nothing as intense as the Shred. I slowly worked my way back up (and past) my pre-pregnancy endurance level.
It will all come off in time. Just remember it took 9 months to put it on. Give it 9 months to come off. And way to go only gaining 15 lbs.! That's fantastic!
