Anyone else have awful burning sinuses with a constant dripping nose? Oh and a killer head ache to go with it? I was up all night because of it! Maybe it's just a cold, is there anything I can take for it though? I'm 4 weeks.. Thanks!
I honestly just dealt with mine, Tylenol is safe for most pregnancies. If I have sinus issues I sometimes drink something hot to help relieve some of the pressure. As for other meds you can call your OB or doctor to get a list of approved medicines.
Thanks! I haven't found an ob yet that's why I haven't called them and my general doctor said she dosent deal with pregnancy... So I'll give some tea a try, the worst is my nose dripping at work, not very sanitary!
Tylenol and regular benadryl are fine. I also suggest a saline nose spray or irrigator. Like a neti pot, but in a convenient spray can, the irrigator really clears out the nasal passages, with just salt water.
Check with you doc, mine recommended regular Sudafed, the kind you have to get from behind the pharmacy counter. Its helped tremendously. The Neti pot also works well for me.

I use saline spray all the time, it's great! I prefer it to the neti pot too, since it has a bit of pressure. Since it's just salt water it's safe since you can't take some medicines
I had one for 3 days this week. Today it finally went away. I usually just deal with it, but when it is really really bad I take Tylenol Sinus. It is safe to use while pregnant.
Yup! Sadly i had rhinitis of pregnancy when i was pregnant with the twins so i don't have high hopes for this pregnancy either. I hoep you can get some relief soon!
