Re: Swollen feet... Advice?

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone that suggested compression socks in that post yesterday. I bought a 2 pack at Wal-Mart for only $6.97 and switched into them in the car before doing some other shopping with MH. I found immediate relief and was able to fit my feet into clogs and not flip flops (thank god, because there is still snow on the ground here). I did take them off before bed, but this morning my legs, ankles and feet are normal size! Which has not been the case recently because I have been waking up swollen also. So, before getting out of bed this morning to clean the house a little, I put them back on. I plan to go back and clear Wal-Mart's sock rack, so I can wear these lifesavers everyday!!

Just wanted to offer this advice up for anyone that is desperate for swelling relief like I was. I should have taken a before and after shot. haha!

$6.97. I went to CVS before Wal-Mart and the pharmacist showed me a $33 pair, which I was not going for.
