Does anyone read Whole Living magazine? (Formerly named Body & Soul Magazine).
Anyways, every year they do a "28 day challenge" at the start of the New Year. It's SORT OF like NY resolutions but not really. Every day they give you something to focus on to better yourself. Things range from write a list of things your thankful for to make a healthy smoothie to take deep breaths for 5 minutes.
I did it last year and LOVED it. It's pretty easy and I liked the structure of it. It told me what to do. I felt very accomplished at the end of the month.
Just wanted to pimp it out. Not sure if EVERYTHING will be pregnancy-appropriate, but you can always modify.
