finger prick really hurts!

From the screening this morning at 9am - it's killing me! I never thought I'd say this, but I almost would have rather they drew blood.

HAHAHAH!!! I have always said "draw my blood any day but PLEASE spare me the finger prick" I HATE THAT STUPID THING but im ok when they draw blood!! weird....

Yeah, they did a tiny needle draw on my arm this afternoon for my screening and it hurt more than a big needle!

Lucky! They pricked my finger and then squirted 4 drops of blood on a piece of paper.... I felt like I was going to pass out and now it's still super sensitive.

I opted for the mail in blood kit so that I could have all the results the day of the actual scan...

so I had to prick my own finger!  Usually it doesn't bother me either, but damn it still hurts 3 days later.

Next time give me the NEEDLE!

At the nt scan the lady was like, "this is going to hurt, it isn't like a blood sugar prick". 

WTF!  Don't tell me that!  FWIW it didn't hurt at all.  I think I had so much adrenaline pulsing through my body after she said it was going to hurt that it blocked the pain.

This. So many people said it hurt so bad and that their fingers were bruised, etc. I went into my appointment in panic (I HATE needles) and didn't feel a thing!

Now I am definitely freaking out about the blood draw in 2 weeks. Veins/needles/blood creep me out. Not to mention I've heard they take about 8-12 vials on AVERAGE

For the Quad Screening?  My doc told me they only take 1 vial of blood.
