Got fired from daycare today

lol. We were already looking for new sitters to interview since last week I walked in on her scolding DS right after he vomited.

But today when I picked him up she said..."I've got bad news. I've got to give you your 2 week notice. I know I told you I would make a long term commitment at your interview (2 months ago) but my other part time kid wants full time now."

Oooook. Thank god we already have an interview lined up next week with a stay at home mom.

If you walked in on her scolding your child for throwing up I would HATE to think of what happens if he throws a toy.  Seriously I would get him out of their ASAP and tell her on your last day that you are spreading the word on exactly what you saw when you picked up your child, as in you are not spreading rumors or assumptions but the truth.

yeah really.  I wouldn't have felt safe sending him back there at all.
