I'm not sure about the Smaller line...but the regular SKR seems to run small. Eli has some SKR sz 6, and they are tough to get on. His Stride Rite everyday shoes are 5.5. I think the fit is good on the SKR, the velcro/elastic part is just not as forgiving as the SR ones, and the Pedipeds he had before that he outgrew.
When SKR had that big clearance before T'giving, I ordered him a 6. I haven't decided if I'm going to keep them or Ebay-them. Once they are on, it's fine, but he had a really tall/thick foot, and It is really difficult getting them on. He's got a big foot, also. At this age, B was just into a 5, and G is wearing a 4- 4.5.
And the SKR's I got were the originals....not the Smaller line - (which seems to run wider/more adjustable for on/off (like the Pediped). He had a pair of 12-18 mo Pediped's that he outgrew after we had him fitted at StrideRite - into a 5.5W (wide due to the thickness).
Re: sizing see kia run - pediped
