Well when I am just sitting I'm okay, for the most part. Though singing, and continuous movement make me breathless. This has been happening probably the past few weeks for me.

I am almost 16 weeks don't even look pregnant, and have been experiencing shortness of breath for weeks! I work in a large facility and just going to the bathroom is a brisk 3 minutes away. I have worked in the same area for 5 years and did not have the problem until several weeks into the pregnancy, But from what I have read that is normal. Not to mention I have a lot of steps, I find myself not going up the steps as fast either, I may just be being cautious. So I would say don't worry about it. Your baby is getting much bigger and moving all your insides up into your chest cavity. That doesn't help with the breathing.

I just started having this a couple days ago, and last night it was making me feel a little sick to my stomach... Hopefully it's not going to be like this from here on out.
I've had shortness of breath since around week 10-12. I will be lying on the couch relaxing, and I have trouble breathing. It sucks.
I do however have mild asthma (which before being PG I used inhalers maybe 2x a year) which has got a lot worse since I've been pregnant. I'm now using inhalers 2x a day
