What color stroller?

I'm pretty set on buying this stroller. What color would you get?

Re: What color stroller?

  • By the way, the reason I ask this is because I was leaning towards black, but DH thinks it's too mature for a baby? He thinks a baby needs color. So it got me thinking.

  • What brand is "this" stroller?
  • I said black not because I really like the color black but I want it to last.  This is my first pregnancy and so I'd like to be able to use the stroller I get now for the second baby, no matter the sex.

Do you think the red is girly? I thought of red as gender neutral.  I'm staying away from the purple one because I think it's feminine and from the diamond one because it seems harder to clean.

  • to me black is ideal! you can pair it with any color blanket or stroller snuggie thing!!! it stays clean (except from spit-up, but what can you do!!!) i think it is cute and the easiest to turn girly or masculine!

let us know what you choose!

  • Which stroller are you talking about?

Good point! I forgot to include the link: https://www.babyjogger.com/city_select_lp.aspx

  • I like the red and silver. I think the silver might get dirty, but I've noticed that black strollers fade quickly. I have a red Bugaboo now, and it seems to conceal a lot of dirty spots and hasn't faded yet.

I had the opposite happen with my Kolcraft. I think that goes brand-to-brand.

OP, I have a City Mini and in black. I really like it but all of their colors are pretty nice.
