I could use some good thoughts if you've got 'em

I had an u/s this morning to follow up on the bleeding from the other day, and it went amazing.  The baby has grown a ton, had a strong heartbeat, and there was no sign of a bleed (according to my RE).

I just went to the bathroom and wiped a ton of red blood, the most I've seen this pregnancy. 

I'm trying to be positive, and just think it's the bleed the tech saw on the u/s on Monday, and it was already on it's way out which is why my RE didn't see it... but after having m/c #2 the day after a totally fine u/s, I'm nervous - to say the least.

    Did he do a vag u/s? I had a ton of dark red blood after a vag u/s at my NT scan and darn near fainted I was upset! T&Ps! Praying it's nothing!

    This happened to me a few weeks ago.  I had some bleeding, u/s went great, they couldn't find source of it, came home, and a while later I went to the bathroom and there was more bleeding than the first time.  They told me as long as it tapered off and turned to brown within 24 hours not to worry about it.  As someone else mentioned and what my nurse said, if you had an internal, that can cause some women to bleed or spot because we're so much more vascular down there.  I'll definitely send you some T&P!

    I'm hoping that it is just the blood on it's way out - keep us updated.
