does funk rock do the same thing as stripping?

i'm trying to decide what the best thing to use is.

how often do you strip?

anyone try funk rock? like it?

how do you do a soak in rock in green? just w/your regular RG detergent?

individually, after i wash and dry, i don't really smell anything. but, collectively, there seems to be a slight odor. and the ammonia smell every time the diaper pail opens...are these signs that it's time to strip?

i have hard water. someone, please tell me what to do. thanks.

ammonia in the pail isn't an issue. ammonia on the butt is a problem.

I have soaked with RnG.  I use hard rock, so I just use it. I put in the RnG, partially fill basin with hot water and dirty diapers (making sure diapers are covered by water), let agitate a bit, then soak. After they soak, I finish filling the basin with hot water (so it washes in warm) and wash.
