Its bascially the same thing....upper respiratory infection but its very persistent.  He put her on zithromax & zyrtect and to continue finishing up the omnicef.  Her lungs are clear but he wants to do a chest xray tomrrow just to be on the safe side.

I'm so over this sickness business!

    Sorry, Kris. That is whole lot of sickness you have been dealing with. I hope the xray looks good and she is doing better soon!

    My oldest ds has been on Duricef since last Thursday for upper respiratory infection as well and is still having fever and a bad cough! I took him in yesterday and they did a blood test and said it was now viral. Well no joke, there won't be any bacteria showing up b/c he's been on antibiotics! I just don't know who to believe.  It doesn't help that everytime you go to this practice, I see a different Dr! I totally feel your frustration! I just want my baby well!
