The Baby Name Wizard is an excellent baby name book with great variety of classic and unique names, and I'm pretty sure Starbuck and Sugar don't appear there. And Nameberry is an awesome baby name website.

It's The Complete Book of Baby Names by Lesley Bolton.  I bought it when I was pregnant with DS.  It is truly awful.

Oh, I always cross reference with the internet for name meanings.  I like to have an actual book to flip through too though.  The only time I get to look through it is in the tub or after DS goes to bed when I like to cuddle up on the couch with DH while he plays video games.
