When do they test to make sure the baby is in the correct position, and how do they know? I'm 35 weeks, I don't have another Dr. apt until 37 weeks and i asked at my apt this week but my Dr. is in the hospital sick so they had someone covering and the lady had no idea what she was talking about.
Re: Baby's Position??
if they find the heartbeat in the lower half of the belly, that's a pretty good indicator your baby is head down. They can also palpate.

they tell you how to find how how your kiddo is positioned in there yourself.
