I think i love cookie dough better than I like the actual baked cookie. I know you shouldn't eat it because of the raw eggs and all but my god its SO GOOD! :o)

    I've made some vegan cookie dough that was pretty amazing, and had no raw egg.

    I sub egg with banana and peanut butter.

    You can buy pasteurized eggs and eat it until your heart is content.  Mmmmmm....cookie dough....

    just make cookie dough with out the eggs!  You won't notice the eggs missing and you won't have to worry about ecoli :)

    I did this over the summer and chilled the dough - very yummy!
