I had my progesterone tested today (7 dpo) and it was 11. I will
obviously talk to the doctor tomorrow, but anyone know if that is
good/normal/not good? What were your experiences? Thanks!
I was told over 10 in a nonmedicated (progesterone suppository) is okay, and over 15 in a supplemented is okay. You're probably okay but your doc may decide to put you on supplements since you're barely over 10. The suppositories are gross but good for peace of mind.

At 7 dpo I wouldn't be too worried. At that point, all the progesterone level will tell you is whether you've ovulated yet or not. Once a baby implants, your levels should go up - so at that point, if it's still around 11 I would guess they'd put you on supplements ... but 11 is not dangerously low, according to my RE.

This, too. I must have passed over that fact the first time I read.

My dr told me anything under 15 they recommend a supplement (levels can range from 5-50). I was at 12.7, so I have been enjoying the lovely suppository for the past 2 weeks. My office is very proactive which I love! It gives me some peace of mind!
