Pregnant after a Loss

movement

So, I know my fears are very normal but like every pg mom (especially pgal) I freak out over everything. ?LO scares me with his movement or lack there of. ?Some days I think I have a future soccer player, he moves CONSTANTLY and big movements too. ?Other days, very little. ?I get so nervous. As long as he's moving some, he's okay right?

Re: movement

  • I've had the same moments where I totally freak out. My OB is great and I've gone in a few times just to be reassured. He says as long as there IS movement, it's a good thing. He also taught me to lay down somewhere quiet and just focus on every single little movement you can feel. I've done that a couple times when I've felt the panic creep up and it has really helped me relax.

  • thanks, it helps to know someone has been in the same boat...I definitely have the "little" movements so I guess I should count my blessings  for that
