WHY didn't anyone TELL me?

Why didn't anyone tell me how delicious Laughing Cow cheese is?  I just had a snack of the light garlic & herb cheese on reduced fat/sodium Ritz crackers.  It's like the best thing ever.

Any other delicious things I should know about for this last six weeks?

Garlic and herb pub cheese.. I think the brand is rondele or something like that. I'm too lazy for google at the moment... this on chicken in a biskit crackers is SO delicious.. If you want to avoid the MSG in the crackers though (I probably only buy them once a year because too much MSG gives me a migraine) it's really good with any cracker.. or with a spoon. Lol.. It's good stuff.

Try the Mozzarella with some red apples! That was my first experience with laughing cow, delicious!
