I usually temp at 5am but I haven't been sleeping great lately. So last night I woke up at 2am to go to the bathroom. I then fell back asleep and woke up at 4:15am this time I took my temp. I know it wasn't a solid 3 hours sleep but I knew that I may not go back to sleep again to get that 3 hours of sleep. I did though fall back a sleep and woke up at 5:20am and took my temp again. There wasn't a big difference in temps but enough that I want to chart the right one!
