MoMs of toddlers then twins - multiple naps questions

ok twins are definitely done with napping in bouncy's...sometimes they nap in pnp I set up in office but they don't rest that well either place so I am thinking it is time for naps in cribs, which is fine with me.

my only problem is I can't figure out the logistics with getting them to nap in cribs and keep up with my toddler : /

how did/do you do it? what system did you find works best for you?

Right now kaleb sttn but jakob usually wakes at 1:00ish to eat and they both usually sleep until 6:00 but they aren't napping at same time, usually one will fall asleep and the other has hard time resting and doesn't end up falling asleep until other is waking up, AH! I feel like if I can get them napping consistently in cribs, this will turn into better rest for them.

when i had to put the twins down for a nap i'd set Griffin up with some toys or a TV show adn let him know that if he's a good boy he'll get speical mommy time once the babies are in bed.... he was always good about it - and we enjoyed that time alone together when they had their morning nap.

now all 3 nap at the same time (one nap/day) so i have DS1 "help" me get them ready for nap- or go read in his room while i put them down.... then i put him down - and have my sanity break
