The one thing I would recommend NOT asking is "who is her best friend?" That happened at a shower I attended and 3 different guests thought they were the Mom-to-be's best friend. Very awkward.
Ask general questions about a variety of stages in your life, that way there is some fun for all. Someone who may not have known you when you were a child wouldn't have a very good time if they weren't able to answer any of the questions. My cousin made the mistake of asking questions only from her childhood, and most of the guests there didn't even know her as a child. A few questions I thought of right off are... What's your nickname? Where did you go to college? What's your favorite sport? Favorite color? those types of questions are always good general questions to ask. Hope this helps!
