Cloth Diapering

butt cream help

DS has a really sensitive butt. it turns bright red if it doesn't have a thick cream on it. Poor little guy gets so red and sore. I have tried airing him out different diapers and different laundry detergents. It happens in both cloth and sposies. The only time it goes back to normal is if i keep it constantly slathered with either burts bees or true desitin. They are the only ones that seem to help. But I want to be able to use my CD's. I have tried CA baby and angle baby bottom balm. Any suggestions???

TIA

  • Ditto PP.  CJ's BUTTer is incredible.  Seriously.  You can get it in a stick, tub, or as a spritz and it's made of all natural everything.  There are also a zillion scents you can try or you can get it unscented.  I love Pink Sugar and Blueberry Crumble.  :)

  • I got a sample from my last order and am officially hooked.  I need to order some of the all purpose cleaner and another tub and spritz.  This is bad for my bank account. :) haha

  • Ditto CJs. That stuff is amazing.  DD had a terrible scabby rash from diarrhea over the weekend and it cleared it right up.

  • I love it as a preventative.  I love the stick for this, but sounds like you might want to try a tub so you can really load it on.  Monkey farts is my favorite scent....I wish I had a tub!
