External Version Anyone?

DD is still in a Frank Breech position.  We're scheduling an External Version Procedure (EVP) for next Wednesday, January 5th.  Dr. thinks I'm a really good case to try it.  The youtube videos don't look too bad.

Just wondering if anyone has had one?  How'd it go?  I'll probably post on 0-3mo as well.

    Ummm ouchies! Try this first: go swimming and swirl around like a seal in the water. The movement can flip a baby. Also, go to the chiro and tell them what's going on. Of all my friends who have had breach babies, this worked for 4 of the 5 girls. And lastly, have your SO squeeze your pinky toes. There are nerves in your toes that can help stimulate the baby to flip. Good luck!
