Another heparin question... Dosage?

Thanks to those who replied last night.  I'm wondering if the pharmacy wrote the dosage wrong on my heparin prescription.  Its reflecting 10,000 units every 12 hours.  It seems high.  My MFM office is closed for the night, and dr. google says the usual dose is 5,000 units every 12 hours.  I'm calling them tomorrow, but I'm wondering what your dosage was?  TIA!!!

I'm starting my heparin in a couple days. I believe it is 5,000 units every 12 hours. I also know they ultimately upped my lovenox from 40 mg to 60 mg. I would certainly call, but it's possible 10,000 is right.
