do you boil the turkey carcass to get off all the meat?

I pull as much meat as possible off the bones with my hands, then use the carcass to make stock. I stick the carcass in a crockpot for 12+ hours with a whole onions, some celery, carrots, salt, peppercorns, a bay leaf and water.

But, yeah, what Cleo said. Except I dont do it for nearly as long. Maybe 2-3 hours.

this! lol! I my dh thinks I'm strange cuz I don't like "carcass"!
