I'M GRAPE JELLY- ALWAYS AROUND & ALWAYS THE SAME
If I leave here tomorrow, would you still remember me. For I must be traveling on now. Because there are too many places I've got to see. -Allen Collins & Ronnie VanZant
My favorite verse!
I want to get more organized, and I've gotten a few things that will definitely help (dinnertime and laundry are two big areas of stress for me)....I got a white board with days of the week magnets so I can plan our dinners for the week before I head to the store, and I got hanging shelves for the boys closets so I can put their outfits for the week out on Sunday night and not have to rush to figure it all out every morning.
Last year my resolution was to lose the baby weight, and then (hopefully) get pregnant, and I had a very definite plan for the weight loss (WW, boot camp for a month and then C25K), and it worked! I lost 25 lbs in less than 3 months, and was pleasantly surprised to get pregnant on the first try this summer Took us 18 months with our first, so I was worried.
I want to make a will and go to the gym. I've currently lost 48 lbs since having DS2 (I only gained 18 lbs during my pregnancy) and would like to continue the process!

I do kind of a combination resolution/to-do list and try to include only specifics (not generalizations like "lose weight" or "be nicer") and things I definitely WANT to do, because otherwise I know they won't happen! This year, my list includes doing a Mommy & Me class with DD2 (it's been bugging me that I did one with DD1 by this age), making a preschool scrapbook of DD1's art and photos, planting something in our empty planter in the front yard, donating blood at least 5 times (I'm O negative), and stuff like that.
Re: Do you have a New Year's Resolution?
Not to have one.
That looks like I meant not to have a beer. Oops. I don't do resolutions.
Then I don't disappoint myself.
Christmas 2011
Mine is to lose 40 pounds so someone doesn't mistake me for a whale, and harpoon my a$$ on a hawaiin beach in September.
