So I have contacted The Bump AND Verizon Fios and neither one can figure out why I can no longer connect to The Bump (or The Knot/The Nest) from home. I can only access from work and it can be very difficult at times so if I disappear I wish you all the best of luck and I'm thinking of all of you & praying for each one of you!
