Hi-

I just found out we are having twins.  We saw heartbeats for both!  I wondered if people start to show sooner when pregnant with twins?  Thanks.

Congrats.  Yes, you will show sooner.  I was wearing maternity pants at 12 weeks and having people who didn't know I was pregnant congratulate me at 17 weeks.

congrats and welcome! I started wearing maternity pants around 10 weeks. I started showing at 13-14 weeks with a bump now I have a belly.

Congratulations! Yes, I showed much sooner. I was in maternity pants by 10 weeks. I think I was noticably pregnant to strangers around 15 weeks. (Pics in blog in May archive, I think).

congrats and welcome. i'm 5'2" and started out my pregnancy at 100 pounds. i was in maternity clothes by 15 weeks.

I showed MUCH earlier this time that with my singleton.  Of course, this is my 2nd pg and DD was just under 12 mos when I got pg this time, so that had some impact.  We were planning to wait until 12wks to tell people, but at about 10wks, I was showing enough to have to tell.  Congrats, by the way!

congratulations!  yes, you will show sooner with twins than you would with a singleton.

Congrats and welcome! You'll probably show sooner, though I knew some singleton moms who switched to bella bands/maternity pants before I did (I was 13w).

I started showing very early. If you want to see belly pics, feel free to look at my family blog. Go back a few pages and you can watch the belly grow(or shrink depending how you are looking at the pics).
