My doctor gave the go ahead to moderate exercise after a week ( easy delivery, worked out during pg) and today is my second day back. I'm going reeeeeally slow ( obviously since I can type on my phone while walking) but it feels great to take some deep breaths and feel my blood actually move after two weeks of sitting and eating. I just had to share my happiness! And for the record, I would have just started by taking a walk outside but it's frigid so walking at the gym is my only option. Amazing how such a wussy "workout" can feel so great!
