So B has outgrown his 9mo footed pajamas for a while and I was only able to find 12mo+ *un*-footed pajamas for him and then I'd just put socks over his feet for bedtime...
But I kinda miss the footed ones, so I'm trying to find 12mo+ footed pajamas and I'm having the hardest time! They seem to only go up to 9mo, especially for cotton ones?! Why?? The only ones I was able to find were at Kohl's (12mo) and they were so thin that I could see through them. Does anyone know where to find not see-thru thin, cotton, footed pajamas for 12mo+ sizes? (The last time we had LO in fleece, he developed a bit of a rash and it kept him up all night--so I'm avoiding fleece for now.) I'm looking to preferably spend no more than $10 per footed pajama...or is that too much to ask =P
Re: Footed 12mo+ pajamas??
Do you like zipper ones? If so, I like the ones for Children's Place. They always seem pretty soft. They are lightweight but not extremely light weight I don't think (although they make fleece ones for the winter too) - but I like that since we always use a sleep sack.
I actually think I prefer footless PJs since he can't grow out of them as fast. Costco has Hanna Andersson footless zipper ones for 11.99 right now. They are 100% cotton (organic). I wish they had the long john sets because I prefer those now to make potty trips easier. Jack wears the same size in HA for months and months, which makes the footless worth it to me.
I saw some 12, 18 and 24 mos. at Carter's yesterday.

Yeah, the super thin ones were Carter's brand but at Kohl's. Maybe Carter's offer more at their stores, so I'm gonna check tomorrow (aka today). Target carried 12mo for girls but not for boys (I think they were sold out) but nothing bigger than that from what I could find. I'll check Costco tomorrow too! I didn't know they carried this stuff--I never venture into the clothing section in the middle because I mainly go to Costco for food
Although I figured out why they don't make many 12mo+ footed pajamas--it's because it gets in the way of LOs walking! B took his first assisted step along a table today wearing footed pajamas (hand-me-downs) and he stepped on one foot of one leg with the other leg and couldn't get himself "freed".
Hm, the ones online are either all fleece or all 9mo or smaller...
